He also remembers the conversation between Azem Hajdari and Ibrahim Rugova about the Kosovo-Albania union.

I said that I made that comparison at the beginning because he, the idea of ​​a free Kosovo never died in Kosovo. Even during the empire, Kosovo managed to be one of the most important, sometimes even the most fatal parts of it.
Kosovo was the first to oppose the severing project of Albanian lands. Residents of Plava and Gucia, other residents. The League of Prizren was, without a doubt, a national union. But independent Kosovo was not a previous project, free Kosovo, Kosovo of Albania, these were the dreams of Albanians.
A man started or conceived in the minds of the Albanians of Kosovo, a new dream; Independent Kosovo. At the first meeting in February 1991, the late Azem Hajdari, who had nothing else in mind but Kosovo united with Albania, sat and sat and asked him. He said, what about the union?
