7 polling centers where electronic voter identification will not be applied

The Central Election Commission is continuing to distribute the material base that will be used in the May 11 elections.

Even in these elections, voter identification will be done electronically, but not in all polling centers.

Electronic voting will not be possible in 7 polling centers:

1 VC in the Administrative Unit Pult, Shkodra Municipality

4 VC in Dropull municipality

1 VC in the municipality of Libohova

1 VC in the municipality of Konispol, Administrative Unit of Xarë

Tomorrow, Albanians will vote to elect 140 new members of the Albanian Parliament. These are the eleventh parliamentary elections since the fall of the communist regime in 1991.

Over 3,713,761 Albanian citizens are eligible to vote in these elections. For the first time, citizens living abroad also have the opportunity to vote, after registering on the Electronic Platform for the Registration of Voters from Abroad.
