The Democratic Party in Shkodra has filed a complaint for vote buying. According to the DP, some individuals connected to the local administration and other institutions were exerting pressure and offering money to buy votes in several villages in the Dajçi area.

According to the complaint, the administrator of the "Dajç" Administrative Unit, Broz Pjetrani, and other figures involved in the campaign, have been accused of such actions in exchange for support for the PSD political entity.

The Democratic Party calls for increased attention from law enforcement institutions to investigate and stop these actions.

During yesterday evening and today, the administrator of the "Dajç" Administrative Unit, Broz Pjetrani, calling people to the Unit's office but also moving around the area, bought votes in the village of Dajç, the village of Samrishi and the village of Rrushkull.

Melazim Mustafa, a veterinarian employed by the Local Directorate of Agriculture, under the pretext of work reasons, since yesterday afternoon and continuing throughout the evening and today, based on our information, is exerting pressure and offering money in exchange for votes.

Melazim Mustafa operates in the villages of Mushan, Belaj, Suka Dajç.

Ditier Draga, a resident of Vau Dejes and working as a responsible person for OSHEE in the Dajçi area, together with the area's biller, is exerting pressure and offering money and favors regarding electricity billing in exchange for support for the PSD entity.

During these remaining hours until the end of the process, we request increased attention from law enforcement institutions and the Spakpler Task Force to identify these cases and ensure the most optimal conditions.
