The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, received today at the headquarters of the Democratic Party the Director of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, the official foundation of the German Christian Democratic Party CDU, in the presence of Akil Kraja and the DP MP, Tomorr Alizoti.

On social media, Berisha wrote that he expressed gratitude to Kunze for the help and contribution that KAS and the German CDU have offered over the years in strengthening cooperation between the two political forces and the two countries in promoting democratic values, European integration and standards of political accountability.

The DP will remain the most pro-Western and most active political force in promoting the acceleration of Albania's European integration, by encouraging intensive cooperation with sister parties with a focus on the alignment of the governing program with European development strategies, the political education of the new generation, the implementation of innovative electoral technologies and practices, the fight against corruption and government transparency, etc.
