The Head of the Security Department at the Democratic Party, Avenir Peka, has accused that in 2021, Tirana Municipality staff hacked all citizen data from e-albania in the interests of the Socialist Party.

Speaking on Syri TV, he said that the so-called 'Iranians' are not outsiders in the hacks, but according to him, Erion Veliaj is hiding behind them.

"First of all, we are dealing with a character like Ervin Muça, whom I have called a hitman. Because he is a person involved in several scandals. In 2013, the scandal of the tax directorate server was burned, the server was taken. He was the IT director of the tax department and has a direct connection to it.  

It has also been involved in other functions, including the cadastre, where it has created an extraordinary 'mess' of chaos. We have the theft of the entire database in 2021 by the SP, where famous patronageists emerged. The data of that database was administered by the staff of the Municipality of Tirana, on behalf of the SP, which was clearly proven, that the e-Albania system, which holds the data of the entire Albanian people, was stolen.

"After this, the so-called Iranian hack happened, but I am convinced that it was not an Iranian hack, but a hack carried out from within, with Erion Veliaj behind it. But the state police system was also hacked, and I have consulted with experts, that the hack was internal and not external. Meanwhile, tonight we have a case with concrete facts that the IT director, one night against security protocol, entered the state police servers and tried to hack this information ," said Peka.
