Diaspora votes in Greece, Tirana Prosecutor's Office decides not to

The Tirana Prosecutor's Office has decided not to initiate investigations into the complaint made by Albana Vokshi regarding the vote of emigrants and voter registration in Greece.

Vokshi accused Belinda Balluku, Ogerta Manastirliu, Eriselda Sefa, Armando Subashi and Majlinda Bufi of abuse of office and exploitation of state office during the May 11 elections.

The Democrat has submitted footage showing how state officials have used the administration and state resources to secure votes in favor of the SP.

But the Prosecution, despite the evidence and violations, has decided not to initiate criminal prosecution against those accused by Vokshi.
