The words of Jamarbër Malltez in the session are clarified: I developed the inherited private property

The speech given in Monday's session in court by Jamarbër Malltezi, arrested after a political order, is clarified. 

According to Syri TV, Malltezi gives his defense arguments, overturning the scandalous SPAK document.

Also, he emphasizes that many things could have been clarified if SPAK had asked him before, but chose to kidnap him.

"I have never received a single lek from public funds in my life.

I developed the private inherited property with love and respect for people and nature.

Why do they show violence with arrest and kidnapping without ever asking me or clarifying?

Doesn't it smell like a dictatorship," says Malltezi.

The company 'Partizani sh.a' presents the unlawful alienation of property as a legal situation.

He does not say a word about the letters of Minister Ismail Lleshi addressed to A. Xhani and Sokol Çomo, where he says that this action is illegal.

Për dijeni, 5 familjet pronare kanë në total 66.000 metra katrorë, ndaj janë brenda.

Këtë mund ta sqaronim nëse do na pyesnin.

Ndryshe nga tabela e gatshme e Taulantit, se Jamarbër Malltezi kishte 1/64 e fisit Begeja, SPAK ka disa kontrata ku unë kam blerë gati 1.000 metra katrorë nga BP Begeja e më pas edhe mbi 1.000 metra katrorë nga Llagami, Saliaga dhe Alimehmeti.

Nëse do të kishte pastrim parash apo leje klienteliste, do kishim bërë grataçela 40-katëshe e me çmim të çmendur.

-Mbi 2 mijë vende pune.

-Park të madh me mbi 2 mijë pemë.

-Kopsht/çerdhe më i mirë në Tiranë.

-Zona me ajrin më të pastër në Tiranë.

-Ndërtesa miqësore me natyrën.

-Faltore për besimtarët islamë.

-42 familje informale të sistemuara.

Mora përsipër tek familja ime ndryshimin e destinacionit?

A do isha ekspert në planifikim nëse nuk do dija se çdo qytet zgjerohet dhe nuk ka qytet në BE që të ketë ekip profesionist futbolli veç 1.8 kilometra larg qendrës?!

SPAK thotë që duhej ruajtur destinacioni sportiv. Po, është ruajtur deri në vitin 2013, kur Xhimi e ktheu në QS Kuq e Zi dhe luanim rregullisht basketboll. Ftuam Agustinin të vinte, por nuk pranoi. Në vitin 2013, plani e caktoi urbane dhe me lulishte. Bëmë park!

Fakti qakam qenë pjesë e grupeve këshillimore për planin para 12 vitesh, nuk është vepër penale, por krenari pasi asokohe vendosëm plot kushte mjedisore, të cilat për fat të keq nuk janë më sot.
