"The most brutal group in the drug trafficking", the testimony of Nuredin Dumani who sank Xhevdet Troplini's organization

The repentant justice official, Nuredin Dumani, through his testimonies helped SPAK and the Italian Antimafia to crack down on the criminal organization of Xhevdet Troplini, based in Durrës. The "Poja" organization, in collaboration with Italian trafficking groups in Puglia, trafficked pure drugs mainly from Ecuador.

Dumani, in his testimony, indicated that he knew Elvis Doçit, otherwise known as "Visi i Pojës". Dumani confessed that Visi, as he indicated that he knows him, has been involved in heroin trafficking since 2013.

PM DR. CHIMIENTI: Trader in what?

COLLABORATOR: "At first they were for heroin trafficking."

COLLABORATOR: “We are talking about the years 2010 to 2013, they were the most powerful.”

PM DR. CHIMIENTI: Still on the heroin thing?

COLLABORATOR: “For heroin.”

PM DR. CHIMIENTI: In which period?

COLLABORATOR: “2010 – 2013.”

Dumani has identified Xhevdet Troplini's organization as a brutal criminal group, among the most powerful operating in Albania, hegemonic for several years in international drug and arms trafficking, capable of operating abroad thanks to strong branches in Italy and Germany and contacts in South America.

PM DR. KARDINALET: So, Visi is number 2, Poja is number 1. Then you said that Miri is also part of it.

COLLEAGUE: "Yes. These are the three most important of the group."

PM DR. CARDINALS: You said it was a group that had weapons.

CO-WORKER: "In large quantities!"

PM DR. CARDINALI: It is a group that has been operating, how long has it been operating?

COLLEAGUE: "It came into the business in a strong way, strong from 2010 onwards. I mean they became strong because they worked before."

COLLEAGUE: "I can't say the exact number because there were a lot! The minimum wage that a person has to pay for security ranges from 500 to 1000 euros."

PM DR. CARDINAL: If he paid 150 thousand euros, at least 150 people?

CO-WORKER: "Yes."

PM DR. CARDINAL: These were the ones who were in Durres. Did he have others outside Durres?

COLLABORATOR: "Listen, these people who were paid were the ones he didn't need for other things, because, instead, those outside Durres were the partners in trade. These grew a lot during the period when the president was a corrupt person. Who was here in Albania and who is still here now?"

COLLEAGUE: "A lot."
