Following the action of the Italian Anti-Mafia in cooperation with SPAK, where the investigations revealed that through the ports of Vlora and Durrës there were transfers of monetary values ​​through transport companies, measures have been reinforced with detailed controls on the first and second lines.

Increased checks on all vehicles at the port of Vlora. Two people were detained as part of the operation in Vlora.

The mega-operation targeted the criminal organization led by Xhevdet Troplini. In total, 52 arrest warrants were issued, including former officers, businessmen, and lawyers.

An arrest warrant has also been issued for Elvis Doci, known as "Visi i Pojës", the nephew of Xhevdet Troplini.
