Chief Commissioner Ilirjan Celibashi spoke to the media about the voting process on May 11th.

Celibashi said for the first time that during the elections, the official CEC website had several cyber attacks, which according to him were all from abroad and organized.

"The CEC platforms, from the registration one, have been found under cyber attacks, we have communicated with the relevant institutions such as those of cyber security and those related to legal prosecution whenever they have been identified. They have not been attacks by amateurs but organized and sophisticated, not random, all from abroad. Comparable to attacks that have occurred in other countries," said Celibashi.
