The expansion of the road Elbasan-Qafë Thane, Gështenja: Do not

MPs, Lefter Gështenja and Qani Xhafa, together with local leaders of the Democratic Party, have held a meeting with the representatives of the residents of the areas affected by the implementation of the Elbasan Qafë Thane road extension project, in the Xibrakë-Mirakë segment.

Residents of these areas require access to the main road for all the villages of the area Polis, Gostime, Gurshpatë, Mirakë, Sheh Vilan, Polis I Vogël and Polis Valë.

The MPs have informed them about the steps they have taken, officially asking ARRSH to solve the problems.

Full post:

Together with my colleague Mr. Qani Xhafa and the chairman of PD Elbasan, Mr. Blendi Himçi, we met a representative of the residents of the areas affected by the implementation of the project???? "Extension of the Elbasan Qafë Thane road" in the segment Xibrakë ????Mirakë. We listened closely to the concerns and problems they have related to the implementation of this project.

First, we informed them about the steps we have taken, by sending an official letter to the ARSH to solve the problems of the residents.

Specifically, their concerns are:

They demand access to the main road for all the villages in the Polis area, Gostime, Gurshpatë, Mirakë, Sheh Vilan, Polis I Vogël and Polis Valë.
They are asking for an overpass or underpass for people to cross from one side of the road to the other.
They are asking for an increase in the expropriation price per m2, since the current price is very low.
They are looking for a solution with a secondary road for the areas where communication is interrupted due to the widening of the road,
while for the village of Gjovac they are looking for an entrance and exit, since currently the widening of the road isolates this village.
Residents are not against investments, they are in favor of investments that improve and not destroy their lives

We wish that ARA will consider their more than fair requests.
