Journalist Flamur Vezaj has published documents through which he emphasizes that the other brother of former minister Fatmir Xhafaj, Alban Qazimi, is a partner with a drug trafficker and a gold robber. 

Based on the above and the documents, according to the anti-mafia law, the SPAK should investigate Xhafaj because of his brother, Geronti, convicted of drug trafficking, but also the other brother, Alban Qazim, as a family member or as a partner with drug traffickers. .

Alban Qazimi is the other brother of the former Minister of Interior and Justice, Fatmir Xhafa. Since 2013, he has been part of private bailiffs and a business partner with the citizen Tedi Malaveci, convicted of drug trafficking in the Netherlands and former Director General of Enforcement at the time when Xhafa ran the Judiciary (see photos). Malaveci, although convicted for drugs and subject to the anti-mafia law, is the chairman of the National Chamber of Bailiffs of Albania, and SPAK does not investigate him!!!!
According to the anti-mafia law, SPAK must investigate Xhafa because of his brother, Geronti, convicted of drug trafficking, but also the other brother, Alban Qazim, as a family member or as a partner with drug traffickers. But SPAK didn't do it because they fear the "power" of Fatmir Xhafa to the people of justice! But in addition to being a partner with Malaveci, convicted for drug trafficking, Alban Qazimi, Fatmir's brother, is also a partner with a gold robber.
Citizen Florjand Hida, according to the CKB (see photos), is a partner in the construction company "Megaron" shpk since June 2023. Hida was arrested in May 2011 together with two other people (K.Ç . and ES) for the robbery of 176 gold rings in Durrës, worth over 30 million ALL (see photos). So, a robber is now a business partner in construction with the brother of former minister Xhafa.
In addition to the business with the former minister's brother, Florjand Hida, according to the CKB, is also a partner in a company with wide business scope called "ENLED", together with the citizen Enio Haxhiu (see photos). The latter is the son of Bashkim Haxhi, wanted by SPAK for the failed assassination attempt in 2019 for the murder of Plaurent Dervish and Julian Meçe. Bashkim Haxhiu is known as part of the notorious group of Astri Gjepal, the latter killed on January 16, 2014, as well as a member of the Durrës gang.
So, Alban Qazimi, the brother of the drug trafficker Geront Xhafa and at the same time the brother of the former Minister of Interior and Justice Fatmir Xhafa, is not investigated by SPAK for the anti-mafia law and continues to do business with drug traffickers and gold robbers.
