PD MP Flamur Noka has been excluded from the plenary session.

The President of the Assembly, Lindita Nikolla, expelled him because he created noise every time representatives of the majority spoke by blowing the whistle.

"Mr. Noka, you have been excluded from the plenary session, based on Article 65. Do not abuse the mandate of the deputy. You feel bad about the behavior. We will continue with the session", said Nikola.
