The SMI has appealed the election results in the Durrës district. According to the complaint, the SMI requests a recount and re-evaluation of votes in all EAZs of the district.

The document also presents all the claims that the SMI has for the Durrës region. According to the SMI, ballot papers without a stamp were found in some VCs in Durrës, which means that ballot papers were inserted from abroad. Also from the complaint, in each EAZ in the region, attempts of double voting were ascertained.

“- From the available information it resulted that in some VCs were found in the ballot box ballot papers without stamps, a fact which in addition to contradicting the provisions of the Electoral Code and Normative Acts approved by the Regulatory Commission, constitutes clues and clear evidence and leads us to believe that ballot papers were inserted from outside the VCs, which were circulated and completed by the political entity as a guarantee that the intimidated, influenced or bought voters would not cheat.

Attempts for double voting by the same spokesperson were found in each EAZ.

"It has been ascertained the lack of filming with cameras in the Polling Station 1257. This fact is in complete contradiction," it is  said in the request of the SMI.

Based on the result announced at the CEC, for the division of mandates in the Durrës region, it results that the SMI received 136 votes less than the 8th quotient of the SP subject. So if 136 votes are unjustly removed from the SMI subject, then it will benefit a mandate in this district. Referring to the result obtained from the film footage of about 300 ballot boxes, of which 108 or 1/3 of them have incorrect results as a subject, as an electoral subject with legitimate interest for each vote / expressed will of the voter to claim that The votes that will give the mandate to our subject are in the ballot boxes, and their recount and re-evaluation in accordance with the provisions of the Electoral Code, will change the election result and the distribution of mandates in Durrës Region, ”it is further stated in the request. .
