The 70-year-old Oscar winner is expected to face up to 24 years in prison. He is already serving 23 years in prison after being convicted of rape and sexual assault at his first trial in New York two years ago. Weinstein was found guilty of rape and two counts of sexual assault involving an accuser known as Jane Doe 1, who was a Russian-born model. The jury was unable to decide on several counts of the charges involving Jennifer Siebel Newsom, the wife of California Gov. Gavin Newsom.

The trial heard from dozens of witnesses in more than four weeks of testimony. But the latest ruling focused on allegations by four women dating from 2005-2013. The jury of eight men and four women spent nine days deliberating on three counts of rape and four other counts of sexual assault. Within weeks of the first revelations, nearly 90 women had come forward accusing Weinstein of inappropriate behavior and sexual violence in incidents dating back to the 1970s.
