During his several-hour visit to Tirana, American Secretary Antony Blinken arrived at the Pyramid where he held a meeting with about 100 young Albanians who have benefited from American programs related to culture.

During this time, it is known that number 2 of the American administration also met with the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, but only for a few minutes.

Also present at the meeting was the president of the Constitutional Court, Holta Zaçaj, the High Inspector of Justice Artur Metani, as well as the president of the High Court, Sokol Sadushi. 

It was the US Embassy in Tirana that announced that the US Secretary of State would also hold a meeting with the head of the justice system, meaning the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, as it was not foreseen in the agenda published by DASH.
