The Special Court has rejected the request for release of Kruja Judge Enkeleida Hoxha.

The latter demanded the mitigation of the "prison arrest" measure, arguing that her son's psychological condition had worsened and that the girl had dropped out of school.

But in this Tuesday's session, this request was rejected by the GJKKO.

Hoxha is accused of being involved in a corrupt scheme in the Kruja Court, along with several other officials.
