Doctor's testimony and information about salmonella

In a statement to News24, Dr. Shtylla explained that salmonella is a bacterial infection that is difficult to diagnose in tests and requires a detailed process to produce accurate results. She said:

"It is not an easy situation, but we will cope with it. Salmonella is difficult to examine in tests, but we have received a response from the referral laboratory at the IHP that there are 5 cases of salmonella so far. This bacterial disease is usually acquired by mouth and is best known as the "unwashed hands disease."
The doctor emphasized the importance of hygiene and preventive measures, as this infection is often related to a lack of care for personal and food hygiene.

Health authorities are engaged in the treatment of cases and are doing everything possible to control the situation and prevent the further spread of the infection. All affected cases are monitored and receive the necessary treatment.
