52-year-old dies at work in Tirana, boiler falls on his head

A serious incident was recorded this afternoon in the capital, where a 52-year-old man tragically lost his life while working. The victim, with the initials BH, was working in a citizen's apartment on "Myslym Shyri" street, dismantling and removing a water boiler.

According to official police data, during the dismantling process, the boiler suddenly detached and hit the 52-year-old man in the head, causing serious injuries. Despite being rushed to the hospital, he did not survive.

The police and the investigation team immediately went to the scene and began actions to clarify the full circumstances. The specialists of the Police Commissariat No. 2 carried out the first procedural actions, while the materials were passed on to the Prosecutor's Office for further investigations.

The event has shocked residents of the area, while it is expected to be determined whether safety conditions at work were respected.
