A criminal event was prevented in Saranda, where 4 people had organized the kidnapping of a 49-year-old man.

The police announce that they were stopped while traveling in a "BMW" type vehicle on "Skënderbeu" street. Inside the vehicle were the driver AT and passengers citizens Juljan Brinja, 28 years old from Borshi, and SB (brothers) and Gj. P.

During the inspection of the vehicle, in the passenger seat where the citizen Juljan Brinja was, the police services found 1 firearm, a pistol and plastic ties, which were seized as material evidence.

Following the procedural actions, citizens Juljan Brinja, 28 years old, SB, 27 years old, AT, 20 years old and Gj. P., 29 years old, for the criminal offenses of "Illegal Deprivation of Liberty", remaining on probation, committed in collaboration and "Unauthorized production and possession of weapons, explosive weapons and military ammunition".
