Former Deputy Minister of Health, Klodian Rjepaj, has left his cell to testify at the Health Commission.

Rjepaj spoke before the commission about the issue of sterilization. According to the arrested former deputy minister, there was an ambiguity with the definition of the concept "sterilization", which he said has a broader meaning than what was used.

"At the beginning of the meeting, Rrjepaj criticized the terms used: Regarding the object of investigation of this commission, I believe that it should be in accordance with the object of what is being investigated. To say we are investigating the sterilization facility is not right. Sterilization is a linguistic abbreviation. The whole debate has come from that deviation of the definition of this project. It would be good if when we say sterilization we mean that it has its own facility: Provision of disposable clothing, disinfection of operating rooms, waste treatment and sterilization ward. It is the collection, drying, packaging and then sterilization" , stated Rjepaj.
