The General Maritime Directorate has announced that sailing for ferries on the Vlorë-Brindisi line has been suspended from morning until the weather conditions improve. The decision has come as sea conditions are predicted to worsen.
The call is made not only for ferries, but also for drivers of small boats and fishing vessels operating on the Albanian coast.
They are encouraged to take appropriate measures for their insurance, following care for pleasant sea conditions and prevention of incidents during the period of suspension of navigation.
Also, it is announced that the Durrës-Bari-Durres ferry will be suspended in both directions, while the Sarandë-Corfus-Sarandë line ships continue to operate normally.
