Gaçi's company received the status of 'strategic investor' from the Rama government, for the construction of a five-star hotel with a capacity of 106 suites in Dhërmi, called "Dreamades Luxury Suites".

Minister Gaçi's husband told BIRN on March 3 that he had found an American company to administer and manage the investment in the project. but from the data that BIRN has collected it results that the administration is again limited to the family circle.

The company 'AGTTC Hotel Management' owned by Sutton was registered in the BCC on June 25, 2021. The registration actions were done with prosecutors by the lawyer Iris Erebara, who is also a lawyer of the company 'AG.TTC' Sh.pk owned by Artan Gaçit.
