Rama replies with Bardhi, reminds Basha of 'Toyota Yaris'. Balla urges

The marathon sessions for the 2022 draft budget and the fiscal package continue with replies. Prime Minister Edi Rama had a debate with Secretary General Gazmend Bardhi, after the latter responded from the country while the head of government was speaking. Meanwhile, the leader of the Democrats, Lulzim Basha, was ironically smiling. That was enough for Rama to remind Basha of the 'Toyota Yaris' case.

"What time is it, why don't you calm down? Let me talk. Can I finish my speech? Get out of here and leave nothing unsaid while you do not let us talk. Lulzim why does not go to court for 'Toyota "Yaris'? They've called you several times, why don't you go?" , said Rama.

Afterwards, the chairman of the parliamentary group of SP, Taulant Balla, took the floor, who demanded that the persons speaking in the rostrum be respected and that there be no interference from the deputies.

He said that otherwise, the Speaker of the Assembly Lindita Nikolla should take punitive measures. While Balla was speaking, it was the Democratic Vice President Grida Duma who intervened, while he asked her not to make the "noise".

"I'm sorry that a lady like you makes a fuss when I talk about a procedural issue. It is good to read the regulation. The lady is breaking the regulation, I ask you to take a disciplinary measure. "First of all, you are the best proof of the fact that in this Assembly a deputy does not speak because a noisemaker like your work is introduced" , said Balla.
