The novel "Metamorphosis of a Capital", by the writer Ylljet Aliçka, translated into Italian by Prof. Matteo Mandala, and published by the novel publishing house 'Castelvecchi editore' was published in Italy these days. In the accompanying note on the occasion of the novel, Italian, among others writes:

A novel about a city called Tirana, the capital of a Stalinist regime suddenly confronted with modernity; a laboratory on human nature.
