Tragedy in Corfu: Albanian worker dies from contact with electricity
A 48-year-old man of Albanian origin lost his life in Corfu, after coming into contact with electricity cables while working in agriculture.

According to reports, the victim was picking olives using an electrical device, which accidentally touched the power transmission cables, causing his death on the spot.

The ambulance quickly arrived at the scene, but unfortunately only pronounced him dead.

The Police of Paleokastritsa have started the investigation for the complete disclosure of the circumstances of this tragic incident.
