Jeton Lami, the Operational officer who is the last person to meet Ervis Martinaj before he disappeared, has been released from his cell.
It is known that Lam was released after completing the sentence of 2 years and 10 months of imprisonment, given by the court of Lezha for the charge of "Abuse of duty".
This sentencing decision has recently been upheld by the Tirana Court of Appeal.
Jeton Lami was the person who accompanied Ervis Martinaj from Tirana to Vorë in an "Audi" on the night of his disappearance on August 6.
