The chairman of the Association of Albanians in Ukraine, Rodion Pandar, has described the situation in Ukraine and the condition of Albanians living there.
He told TV Dukagjini that the situation in some regions of Ukraine is extremely difficult.
"The situation in Ukraine is like in Kosovo when there was a war. Eastern Ukraine is at the mercy of fate because our [Ukrainian] army does not control any city. In other cities we have electricity and gas, we have salaries for those who work. We help the army by collecting money ," he said.
According to him, Russia is spreading disinformation about Ukraine and Zelensky's popularity.
"The situation is very difficult because the Russians are also waging a disinformation war to divide the people into several groups. The constitution clearly states that there can be no elections while the country is at war. They also have a large number of agents on the ground ," Pandar added, adding that there are many fighters from the village where Albanians live who have joined the military forces.
