Zhupa denounces the SP for electoral crime in Saranda: Çuçi-Çaçi, electoral asphalt, CEC and SPAK clash!

Zhupa denounces the SP for electoral crime in Saranda:

DP MP Ina Zhupa has accused the SP in Saranda of paving electoral asphalt.

Through a post on the social network Facebook, Zhupa writes that the appearance of the political leader of the Socialist Party, Bledar Çuçi, alongside the Mayor of Saranda, Oltion Çaçi, to inspect the "electoral asphalt" being laid in neighborhoods no. 1 and no. 2 of Saranda is clear evidence of electoral crime.

uçi-Çaçi, electoral asphalt, CEC and SPAK meeting!"

The Electoral Code, as well as the bylaws issued by the Central Election Commission, prohibit the use and support of public assets for political parties and their candidates.

The promotion of infrastructure projects and investments is expressly prohibited and local or central public officials are required to take measures to prevent such activities. The Criminal Code even stipulates that the use of financial and human resources to favor a political party or candidate in elections constitutes a criminal offense punishable by up to three years.

But, it seems that the law and law enforcement agencies do not act against the Socialist Party and its candidates. The appearance of the political leader of the Socialist Party, Bledar Çuçi, alongside the mayor of Saranda, Oltion Çaçi, to inspect the "electoral asphalt" that is being laid in neighborhoods no. 1 and no. 2, of Saranda is clear evidence of electoral crime.

The open rebuke that the representatives of the Socialist Party make to the CEC and SPAK, who seem powerless to put a stop to illegality, should make these bodies act immediately and forcefully against recidivist electoral criminals.

However, the citizens of Saranda, whether democrats, socialists or without a party, are no longer fooled by these electoral maneuvers, which Edi Rama and his associates have turned into a working method in every election.

Citizens know better than anyone that their problems are no longer solved by electoral asphalt, with superficial works or empty promises, which as soon as a rain falls, are taken away and thrown into the sea, but with a detailed program and a team of honest people, best represented by the Democratic Party - Alliance for a Greater Albania. Therefore, on May 11, the people of Sarandë will vote for the 1st to pave the way for real change .
