An SMS was received by the editors of Fiks Fare where, according to the whistleblower in the city of Durrës, a high school diploma costs 1000 euros and he gets it in 5 days.

Fiksi contacted the whistleblower, who wished to remain anonymous, and after receiving all the necessary information, he headed right towards the city of Durrës, where I have to meet the first realtor, Svileta Baftija, who works as a security guard near the former Durrës Court of Appeal. .

Fiksi finds the wallet at the workplace. She asks the interested party for a photo and the identity card, explaining that the diploma must be stamped with an apostille and notarized. But during the conversation, it can be seen that she does not want to be caught by the institution's cameras and even asks Fiks's colleague to move to a place where she knows that the cameras have no field of view. She explains that she doesn't do anything herself, but she knows the person who deals with these jobs, so she asks the interested party for a certificate to put in an envelope, as she will also hand it over to the person who deals specifically with this work. Together with the certificate, 1200 euros will be put in the envelope, which is the payment to get the document, and the work will be finished within a week. So the interested party would have the high school diploma in hand.

After Fix's co-worker left a short time later, the realtor calls her and gives her the number of the realtor who deals directly with this matter. His name is Bashkim Troçi and he is the realtor closest to the people who make the receipt.
