Berisha meets with the head of the Stabilization and Association Committee in

The Chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, held a meeting with the Chairman of the Stabilization and Association Committee of the European Parliament, Marco Tarquinio, as well as with the member of this committee and the European Parliament's rapporteur for Albania, Andreas Schieder. In a post on Facebook, Berisha announced that during the meeting he thanked the EU representatives for the support they provide to Albania's European integration process.

Berisha underlined that the Democratic Party has been the main force behind Albania's integration into the Council of Europe, NATO and the EU and that for the DP, integration into the European Union represents the brightest future for Albanians. Berisha also stressed that this process should be based on merit, real reforms and not on imaginary successes or fictional propaganda.

Full Post:

Meeting with the Chairman of the Stabilization Committee in the European Parliament Marco Tarquinio, the member of this committee and the European Parliament's rapporteur for Albania Andreas Schieder.
In this meeting, after thanking my friends for the support they give to the process of Albania's integration into the EU, I emphasized that the major problems facing the country are:

The installation of the first and only narco-state in Europe that is destroying the rule of law, the economy, and the country's society and is unstoppably impoverishing Albanians and massively removing Albanians from Albania.

The suppression of political pluralism, the persecution of the opposition and the denial of its constitutional rights, and the transformation of the electoral process into an electoral farce.
The rampant corruption of government officials and their connections to crime.

At the meeting, I emphasized that Edi Rama, through the media and corrupt diplomats he controls, deceives and fabricates, presenting the opposition, its struggle for a free vote, the fight against the drug state and corruption, as if it does not want EU integration. These are banal deceptions of Edi Rama's paid propaganda.

The Democratic Party, since its founding, has been the main force behind the country's integration into the EC, NATO and the EU. It considers Albania's integration into the EU as the brightest future for Albanians, but believes that this process should be based on merit, on reforms, and not on imaginary successes and fabricated propaganda! The meeting was open.
