In the Laws Commission, Interior Minister Taulant Balla spoke about the draft law on addresses.

Democratic deputy Oerd Bylykbashi asked Balla about the specifics of the draft law and whether it will affect the electoral lists.

"What will happen to the current addresses assigned to citizens on the project. A large number of citizens have reported them, and there were even penalties for those who did not declare it within a certain period. What happened to these addresses? Is the 2016 project still valid? Or is it just a supplement? Will the citizens know the exact addresses or the unique code?", said Bylykbashi.

Balla denied that the law has anything to do with voter lists. "The law has nothing to do with voter lists ," said Balla.
