"For your information, the Appeals and Sanctions Commission (KAS), with Decision No. 07, dated 19.01.2024, subject of the above claim, has decided:

"...

5. The imposition of an administrative fine in the amount of ALL 92,775 against Mrs. Emirjana Sako, candidate for mayor of the "Socialist Party of Albania", and the transfer of funds received on behalf of the CEC, based on point 5 of article 173 of the Electoral Code.

This decision enters into force immediately and is published on the official website of the Central Election Commission.

Against this decision, an appeal can be made to the Electoral College of the Administrative Court of Appeal, within 5 (five) days from its announcement", the Supreme Court announces.
