Korçë/ The Prefect convenes the Civil Defense Commission for winter

The Civil Protection Commission in the Korça region under the leadership of prefect Nertil Jole developed the analysis of the administration of the summer civil emergencies and discussed the preparation for the administration of the winter civil emergencies.

The Director of the National Civil Defense Agency took part in the meeting, also within the framework of the meetings that the Minister of Defense and the Director are holding in every region of the country, as regards the support that the central government offers to consolidate this service to progressively higher standards high.

The prefect of the Jole district writes on FB : We put emphasis on maximizing the commitment of the forces declared by the Local Self-Government Units as well as the use of conditional funds, for applications until November 25 for financing projects of preventive infrastructure, reconstruction of dams or purchase of tools in function of EC.

Jole has emphasized the problems found last winter in the maintenance of the main national axes and tourist roads, where in general there has been a better engagement of civil defense structures, coordination of work and measures with municipalities, between municipalities to deal with emergency situations and state institutions at the regional and local level.
