Changes of leaders in prisons, who will "command" the 313

Again, changes of leaders in the institutions serving the sentence. Klejdis Çela has been appointed director of prison 313 in Tirana.

He takes the place of Shkëlqim Saraçi, who has been appointed director of the prison hospital.

In April of this year, Çela was appointed head of the Hospital Center of Brugge, a position he held for only a few months.

These are not the only changes, as the security command chain of IEVP 313 has also been changed, but details are expected to be made public in the future.
