"Rama 3" government, Fuga: Most of the ministers have nothing to do

Academician Artan Fuga commented on the "Rama 3" government, emphasizing that some of the ministers of the new government have nothing to do with the field and department they lead.

In an interview with News 24, Fuga said that in conditions when a minister leads the field that does not belong to him, we are not dealing with a mature democracy.

"Most of the ministers in their formation have nothing to do with the field they lead, the more they have not expressed a political or professional concept. When I see that a minister has a completely different formation from the field she leads, scholars say that she will be led by experts, bureaucrats. This gives me the feeling that we do not have a political direction as it is in mature democracies, but we will have ministers who will offer us those solutions that bureaucrats will give " , said Fuga.

The election of Lindita Nikolla as the new speaker of parliament, according to Fuga among all socialists, is appropriate.

"As for Mrs. Nikolla, if someone had asked me which of the socialists would be the most adaptable person, I would definitely have put my hand on her. Why? I am saying that Mrs. Nikolla is a man who in her education has exactly this thing that opens to the opposite opinion. Creates space for the opposite opinion. "She is a woman who comes from a region where the Catholic religion is a kind of criterion for the leaders of the state, I say that it is not because of this that Mrs. Nikolla has faith, but I will see her in time" , said Fuga.

"A joint government between SP and PD would be the end of everything. A real society has a governing mechanism, the mechanism is that the majority governs, the opposition makes the opposition. It is said about the German case, but Albania is not Germany because in Germany there are other structures that regulate the functioning of the state. If it is a matter of cooperation, where both parties think that it is in the best interest of the citizen, why not, there should be no cooperation. But not bargaining " , added the academic.
