Bringing fans, AFL fines Tirana and Partizan

The Discipline and Ethics Commission of the AFL has fined Partizan and Tirana after the wrong behavior of the fans of both teams after the derby in "Air Albania".

The AFL has fined both clubs, 300,000 Lek for Partizan and 400,000 Lek for Tirana, as well as 100,000 Lek for Gjelbrim Taipi as a result of lighting flares on the playing field.

DECISIONS :

FK Partizani, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by lighting flares and damaging the premises of the "Air Albania" stadium, as well as allowing unauthorized persons to enter the field of play after the end of the match, based on articles 17/2/ a, 17/2/c and 17/2/f of KDE, is punished with a fine of 300,000 (three hundred thousand) ALL.

FK Partizani is ordered to compensate the damages caused to the "Air Albania" Stadium according to the act of ascertainment, within 15 days.

The player of FK Partizani, Gjelbrim Taipi, for violating the basic rules of good behavior, lighting flares on the field of play after the end of the match, based on articles 3/d, 6/1/c, 6/4 and 13/ 2/a of KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL.

KF Tirana, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing things on the field, lighting flares and damaging the premises of the "Air Albania" stadium, based on articles 17/2/b, 17/2/c and 17/2/f of KDE is punished with a fine of 400,000 (four hundred thousand) ALL.

KF Tirana is ordered to compensate the damages caused to the "Air Albania" Stadium according to the act of ascertainment, within 15 days.

KS Besa, for not taking safety precautions, neglecting to fulfill the obligations for the organization of the match, based on article 17/1/b of KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL. According to article 76/1/a of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 50%.

The player of KF Sopot, Erando Seferi, for physical attack on the opponent, based on article 14/1/i of KDE, is punished with 3 (three) weeks suspension from activities.

The player of KF Turbina, Samet Gjoka, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the opponent, based on article 14/1/b of KDE, is punished with 2 (two) weeks suspension from activities.

The player of KSSH Veleçiku, Emiliano Mehmetaj, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the opponent, based on article 14/1/b of KDE, is punished with 2 (two) weeks suspension from activities.

The official of FK Tërbuni, Alfred Pjetri, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match official, based on Article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with 4 (four) weeks of suspension from activities.

The player of FK Shënkolli, Donald Kacorri, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the opponent, based on article 14/1/b of the KDE, is punished with 3 (three) weeks suspension from activities.

The official of FK Parizani U-14, Ermal Serjani, for threatening the officials of the match, based on Article 14/1/k of KDE, is punished with 10 (ten) matches suspension from activities.

The player of FK Parizani U-14, Ilirnik Prebibaj, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match official, based on article 14/1/j of KDE, is punished with 5 (five) match suspension from activities.

The player of FK Parizani U-14, Nohel Hasa, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match official, based on article 14/1/j of KDE, is punished with 5 (five) matches suspension from activities.

KF Delvina, for abandoning the valid match for the second round 1/32 of the Albanian Cup, against KF Skënderbeu, based on article 16/1 of the KDE and article 36/2 of the Football Activity Regulations, loses the match on the table with the result 3-0 and is excluded from the competition for the current season as well as the following season of the Albanian Cup.

Dismissal of the request of the player of KF Tirana, Murselo Dervishi, as not based on the Code of Sports Discipline.

Dismissal of the request of the official of KF Turbina, Vladimir Gjoni, as not based on the Sports Discipline Code.

An appeal against the decision is allowed within 3 (three) days before the Appeals Committee.
