SPAK seizes Breçan's Hec, and Ervin Mata's assets

The Prosecutor's Office of Posacme has seized the HEC "Drita" which is owned by Erzen Breçan and his relatives.

Ervin Mata's bank accounts and vehicles have also been seized, and they are investigating other properties that Mata may have in the name of family members.

The property investigation started a short time ago by SPAK against the criminal group where the former head of police Erzen Breçani was arrested and his son Eralbi Breçani was involved, who is being sought together with his brother-in-law Ervin Mata and other involved persons in drug trafficking, criminal group and creating conditions for murder.
