Found hanging from a billboard in Brussels, 28-year-old Albanian man originally

This is 28-year-old Albanian, Bekim Habilaj, who was found hanging from a billboard in central Brussels.

The victim's photo and identity were published by journalist Artan Hoxha on the show 'Çim Peka Live', Syri TV. Bekim Halilaj is from the village of Bicaj in Kukës and, according to Hoxha, was initially suspected of a crime similar to the Sinaloa cartels.

Hoxha said that his family lives in Bicaj and that he had gone to Belgium for a better life.

"It is a very serious event. Very serious both because of the victim and because of the symbolism. It is an event that was initially suspected to be similar to those of the Sinaloa cartels, but ... this is Bekim Halilaj from Bicaj i Kukës, 28, hanging on a sign on the Brussels ring road. It was alluded to as similar to them, but it seemed strange in Europe that the conflict had gone to that extent. Because in Mexico they started hanging people.

"This one was hanging in the EU capital. He stood there for hours, and people initially thought it was Halloween decorations. Then a verification was done. His case is under investigation. I made the identification under other circumstances. The body is expected to arrive. His family lives in the village of Bicaj, his father is disabled. He has a sister with problems. He fled there for a better life. Initially, he was in England ," said Hoxha.
