The Albanian Parliament will hold a special session tomorrow, in which the Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will also speak.

The session was scheduled to start at 11:00, but a shift has been made, moving to 13:00, when the Ukrainian president will address the deputies and the Albanian public through a video-call.

The Ukrainian Ambassador to Tirana, Volodymyr Shukrov, in a statement to the media, said that Zelensky wanted to convey his thanks for the help that the Albanian people have given to Ukraine after the start of the Russian war. Shukrova added that Zelensky's speech in the Albanian Parliament also shows the relationship that the two countries have with each other.

"In the first place, this is related to the desire to show the level of relations that exist between our two countries, but it is also a way to communicate with the people of Albania, who today are helping the people of Ukraine. I think for our relationship this is a very important event. "I hope that everything goes well with God's help, as this coincides with the end of the month of Ramadan ," said the Ukrainian ambassador.
