Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani has welcomed a congratulatory letter from US President Donald Trump, on the occasion of the 17th anniversary of Kosovo's Independence.

Osmani thanked US President Trump for his congratulatory letter on Kosovo's independence.

According to the Office of the President of the Republic of Kosovo, President Trump sent a congratulatory message to the people of Kosovo, praising the dedication and determination that accompanied the independence process. He emphasized the strong support of the United States for Kosovo and its efforts to create a democratic society that offers opportunities to all citizens without any discrimination.

President Trump also underlined the importance of Kosovo's integration into the European Union and Euro-Atlantic organizations and praised Kosovo's support for Ukraine in the fight against Russian aggression.
