On the very day her divorce from Ilir Meta was made official, Monika Kryemadhi reacted publicly through an emotional post on social media, expressing the difficulty of this personal moment, but at the same time calling for civic unity in support of the Opposition.

Kryemadhi stated that despite the breakup with Meta, she continues to have respect for him as the father of her children, but emphasizes that she no longer seeks votes for him, ironically writing his name as "Ilir Metaj".

"I hope you understand me today on this not-so-good day for me and my family," Kryemadhi writes, among other things, thanking relatives, friends, and citizens who have supported him over the years.

She calls on citizens not to let their energy be affected by the news of the divorce, but to join at 7:00 PM in Mother Teresa Square, where the Opposition campaign officially starts. Kryemadhi calls the current regime "toxic and poisonous for the Albanian family," and emphasizes that it is time for a major political change.

Her post concludes with a clear call for popular unity and mobilization against the current government.
