Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has reacted after the decision of the Special Court, which has confiscated some assets on behalf of the Democratic Party MP in the Berat district, Kasëm Mahmutaj.

In a press conference, Berisha said that the decision came immediately after the Assembly on April 30 and on a day off, however he added that he is following the case closely and the DP is for the implementation of the law.

"But we are following the development closely. It is fixed immediately after the Assembly and on a day off. But, being clear that SKAPI belongs to the party as Rama considers it, we will follow more closely any development, of course we are for the implementation of the law. We are for the objective and fair implementation of the law " , said Berisha.
