Rama's revenge on Kim and pressure on justice. Was their participation in the 30th anniversary of the creation of Gj.K correct?

It has been 30 years since the creation of the Constitutional Court, which after three decades still has problems, such as the vacancies created by the vetting process.

In the activity that coincided with its 30th anniversary, politicians were not absent, such as President Bajram Begaj or Prime Minister Edi Rama. Meanwhile, foreign ambassadors were also present, who once again conveyed strong messages for Albanian justice.

Although he does not accept it, Prime Minister Edi Rama continues to put pressure on justice. In today's statement, he "reminded" how prosecutors and judges should act, commenting on past decisions.

Rama even suggested that not every case should go to the Constitutional Court. This is not the first time that Rama is involved in the affairs of the judiciary. He has often called for his political opponents to be investigated.

"Today, throughout its 30-year existence, the Constitutional Court is a building of shadow and light with the stamps of controversial decisions. Then he makes decisions that are crushing for those who read to the end, not reaching that golden balance" , said Rama.

Since the internationals have come out with strong statements for justice, Rama did not forget to "take revenge". He criticized the ambassadors' comments on the judicial decisions.

“Kreu i pushtetit ekzekutiv para një plateje juristësh dhe gjykatësish, pra pushtetit gjyqësor pa harruar e veshët e sytë e diplomatëve të huaj të cilët kur vjen fjala te drejtësia duket se nuk ndihen të huaj në territoret e saj, madje kanë dhe një luks të vecantë që kur të duan mund ta ndajnë me publikun gëzinin ose hidhërimin për vendimet e gjykatave, çkla për mua e autoritetet e këtij shteti nuk është e këshillueshme, le më e imitueshme. Fjalim kritik mbetet po aq i pakëshillueshëm sa i imitimi i diplomateve kur emocionohen publikisht per vendimet e gjykatave”, deklaroi kryeministri shqiptar.

According to him, this makes it impossible, in a possible case, to have judges to judge the prime minister.
