The Durrës Prosecutor's Office has ordered a psychiatric examination for the 3 children of the deceased, Pëllumb Meta.

If they turn out to be free of mental health problems, the charge of premeditated murder is expected to be raised against the 3 children.

The prosecution still finds it difficult to scientifically prove which of the children fired the gun, as the eldest son Hyseni and daughter Hygerta have given several versions of the authorship of the murder in their testimonies.

Until now, the Police and the Prosecution have doubts that the author of the murder is exactly Hysen Meta, but in the last testimony before the Court, it was Hygerta who claimed to have shot her father.

As for the conflicts that may have existed in the family, during the investigations carried out from February until today, the eldest son Hyseni was asked about the land documents that Pëllumbi had and why Hyseni kept the documents himself and did he plan to sell the land .

The 49-year-old Pëllumb Meta was executed on February 10 in his apartment in the village of Shënavlash, and then his three children, Hysen, Amarildo and Hygerta Meta, buried him in the hut, in an attempt to hide the corpse.
