GJKKO appeal leaves in prison eight detainees of the operation 'Golden

The Special Court of Appeals has upheld the measure of imprisonment for eight detainees in the SPAK operation 'Golden Bullet'.

Special appeal left in prison: Ilirian Feçi, Fatos Gosa (Tos Gosa), Elvis Koçi (Çaushllari), Adrian Uzuni, Altin Ndoci, Petrit Qoli, Agron Qoli, Gentian Sharra, who were arrested after Nuredin Dumani became remorseful justice and were named.

" It is communicated in a concise way that, today, on 27.06.2022, in the Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime, the decision was announced regarding the case no. 24, dated 20.06.2022 registration, with the object "appeal against the decision to impose a personal security measure", against the persons under investigation IF, FG (TG), EK (Ç.), AU, AN, PQ, AQ, G.Sh., where the monocratic trial panel composed of Judge Daniela Shirka, ruled:

1. Approval of decision no. 42, dated 17.05.2022 and decision no. 48, dated 21.05.2022 of the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime for the persons under investigation FG (TG), EK (Ç.), AU, AN, PQ, AQ, G.Sh.
2. Approval of decision no. 48, dated 21.05.2022 of the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime for the person under investigation IF
3. Prohibition of publishing the decision referring to article 103 of the Criminal Code ”, it is stated in the notification.
