Journalist Baton Haxhiu declares that the former leader of the Democratic Party, Lulzim Basha, is the biggest loser of today's decision of the Court of Appeal that gave the seal of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha.

After this decision, the analyst told Euronews Albania that Basha is forced to create a new party and fight his own political battle.


"Basha's paradigm during this time has been the sure victory and that the basis of this victory is international pressure and little public opinion due to the declaration of Berisha non grata, believing that his political figure had been transformed into a legal figure, but they forgot that political pressure undoes legal pressure.

In this whole battle, the biggest loser is Lulzim Basha, who is forced to form a new political party, his only way is to keep the small weight he has, so Basha considers the battle necessary" , said Haxhiu.
