Artan Hoxha spoke about the main Albanian criminal organizations, which operate not only in our country, but have already spread to several continents and deal mainly with drug trafficking.

The last case is a person who just came to Albania, they blocked 1.2 million dollars, they wanted to create a laboratory for the production of synthetic drugs in Durrës and Kosovo with his family, an important politician fled Albania and is now arrested there in the USA.
