From the examination of the TIMS Portal e-fine system, the vehicle with license plate AB 666 KP in which the victims were traveling at the moment they were ambushed, turns out to be owned by Arlind Bushati.

But who were interested in shooting Arlind Bushati and Hamza Lici? Was this a golden opportunity to eliminate them both together, which was achieved, or was the original target only one of them? Why does the investigative group believe today that behind this double elimination, which also took two more innocent lives, is Izmir Sakica and his group.

Who is Izmir Sakica and what does he represent for crime in the city of Shkodra? And what are his connections, or alliances, with other criminal groups in Shkodra?
