Greek media about Rama's meeting: There were strict security measures,

Prime Minister Edi Rama held today the next meeting with the diaspora in Greece. At the start of the meeting, Rama was met with protests by Greek nationalists who protested outside the meeting hall, with banners in their hands.

CNN Greece writes that in the speech held in Thessaloniki, Rama seemed to extend a hand of friendship to Greece, on the eve of the 2025 parliamentary elections.

"From early on, people began to gather holding Albanian hands and dressed in traditional costumes ," writes CNN Greece .

The Greek media also refers to the protest of the Greek nationalists and the statements of Rama, who called them "ghosts of the past" and expressing regret for these reactions which, according to him, do not help the relations between the two countries.

"Vorio Epiri is a dead term", said Rama.

SKAI writes that "people gathered early in the hall, where there were strict security measures, where entry was not allowed from inside the hotel, but only from the outside door".

The Greek media also points out that those present at the Rama meeting arrived by bus and car from Albania.
